Handstand Honeys
Beginner Handstand Technique
Handstand Honeys is all about learning the correct technique and foundations skill for Handstands. We will cover the technique of understanding how to balance and breathe whilst upside down, which can be applied to other disciplines! The class will consist of a warm-up, strength and conditioning exercises for the wrists, shoulders and core. Followed by working on headstands, forearm stands and handstands.
Technique required to enrol into this class:
No experience necessary. This class is open to everyone, including absolute beginners!
Please bring the following items to class:
- Yoga mat (necessary to protect head from floor)
- Small towel
- Water bottle
- Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and/or sexy. Often babes wear activewear (like leggings and a top), and others prefer lingerie (like a cute bodysuit or two-piece set).
- Wear socks or bare feet (no shoes - our photos are heavily styled).
$260 per 7 week term | 1 hour class
