Conditioning for Abs and Booty
This class specifically focuses on exercises for your abs and booty. Having a strong core will assist with achieving your goals in your apparatus classes. Working on your core will improve your inverts and create luscious lines for active flexibility.
Technique required to enrol into this class:
No experience necessary. This class is open to everyone, including absolute beginners!
Please bring the following items to class:
- Yoga mat
- Small towel
- Water bottle
- Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and/or sexy. Often babes wear active-wear (like leggings and a top), and others prefer lingerie (like a cute bodysuit or two-piece set).
- Wear socks or bare feet (no shoes - our photos are heavily styled).
