Intro to Contortion
Build on your existing flexibility and start your contortion journey by developing strength and flexibility. This class focuses on over-splits, leg mounts and floor poses. You will learn about safe stretching techniques, the anatomy of your body and make progress in your bendy goals.
Technique required to enrol into this class:
Must have a full split and be able to achieve a “bridge” without being assisted.
Please bring the following items to class:
- Yoga mat
- Small towel
- Water bottle
- Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and/or sexy. Often babes wear active-wear (like leggings and a top), and others prefer lingerie (like a cute bodysuit or two-piece set).
- Wear socks or bare feet (no shoes - our photos are heavily styled).
