Calling all 90’s pop music fans - it’s time to walk down memory lane and dance and work-out to your favourite tunes. From Sugar Pop Floorwork to Ballet dancing to 90's bangers - we have you sorted!

The majority of classes at Sky Sirens are reflective of a sensual style, paying homage to Sex Work origins. Despite this class incorporating pop-music dance influence, it’s important for us to acknowledge Sex Workers as the pioneers of Pole Dance as they have paved the way for classes such as this, to be accessible in mainstream society. This tutorial pack comes complete with the following videos, along with a bonus warmup and cool down video:

Video #1 | Sugar Pop Floorwork (with Sofia)
A three minute floorwork routine to the song, "Bootylicious" by Destiny's Child. Sofia will then go through the various technique within the routine and thoroughly explains the choreography so you can dance along at home.

Video #2 | Sugar Lap (with Wednesday)
A three minute chair routine to the song, "Everybody" by The Backstreet Boys. Wednesday will then go through the various technique within the routine and thoroughly explain the choreography so you can dance along at home.

Video #3 | Sugar Camp (with Rose)
A high energy conditioning class including three songs with aerobic style choreography focusing on arms, legs, booty and core. The exercises are explained along the way, so you can copy from home.

Video #4 | Sugar Plum Ballerino (with Bronte)
In this tutorial, students will learn Ballet basics. Focusing on improving lines, pointed toes, extensions and flow - this class is perfect way to assist students in other disciplines or simply as a fun exercise for newbies.

Each video varies in length, and covers an in depth explanation of all the technique involved. This is not a live tutorial, which means you can complete it anytime, with unlimited access!
Who can participate in this video pack?

This video pack is open to all experience levels. It’s suitable for absolute beginners and those with previous dance experience who would like to learn a new dance style.

What do I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in - feel free to dress up with some 90's style outfits. You can wear stripper heels and/or a pair of socks as bare feet will create too much friction. You can also wear Kneepads for additional comfort.
Accessibility

All videos will be captioned for accessibility.
