In this tutorial, you will build confidence in executing classic moves, transitions and combinations with sass. Arizona will take you through leg sequences while seated on a chair. The tutorial will focus on silhouettes and shapes, creating beautiful lines on a chair.

Wednesday explains how to take off a bra, and tease the audience.

Each video is approximately five to ten minutes in length, and covers an in depth explanation of specific Floorwork/Chair moves and how they can be joint together in a cute sequence. There are no routines taught in these videos, they are technique tutorials. This is not a live tutorial, which means you can complete it anytime - with unlimited access to the videos!

Who can participate in this video pack?

This class is open to all experience levels.

What to wear:

You’ll need to wear a pair of kneepads, heels (if you wish!) and wear leggings or lingerie (whatever you please - as long as it’s comfy!). You’ll also need a sturdy chair, with no arm-rests so that you are free to move around.
