Get slinky, flowy and sparkly with studio owner Katia Schwartz in her special edition video pack. With 12 years experience as a professional Showgirl and Stripper, Katia will take you through her signature “Heel Banging” tricks, advice on how to Freestyle, Floorwork tricks and how to Bling your costume.
Katia is profoundly Deaf, and her tutorial videos are taught in Auslan (Australian Sign Language). There is a translated voice-over and captions included for babes who are signing-impaired.
Video #1 | Bang Bang, Baby
Heel Bangs and Clacks are a term coined by Sex Workers as a way to gain attention on the podium. This tutorial features Katia’s favourite ways to Heel Bang and Clack.
Video #2 | Freestyle Flow
Freestyle is an improvised form of dance movement. Katia will take you through ways to feel more confident in freestyle movement through exercises and techniques.
Video #3 | Floorwork Flow
Katia takes you through three of her favourite floorwork tricks: Cartwheel Split, Rocket Spin and Sexy Pushups. These skills are quite advanced, but Katia will show some variations if you are a Beginner or Intermediate student.
Video #4 | Bling Bling
Ever wondered how Katia's costume are so sparkly? In this tutorial, Katia shows you how to rhinestone your own outfit!

Each video is approximately ten to fifteen minutes in length, and covers an in depth explanation of various techniques. There are no routines taught in these videos, they are technique tutorials. This is not a live tutorial, which means you can complete it anytime - with unlimited access to the videos!
Who can participate in this video pack?
This video pack is open to all experience levels. The Floorwork Tricks video is quite advanced, but there are variations included for those with beginner experience.
What to wear:
You’ll need to wear a pair of kneepads, heels (if you wish!) and wear leggings or lingerie (whatever you please - as long as it’s comfy!).
